Synopsis
A man and a woman hit by setbacks and spurned by lovers meet one another on Jeju Island.
The woman needs time to nurse her wounds after her career and relationship implodes
The man is still smarting from a bad relationship that has closed his heart.
When together, they become themselves again, warm and friendly.

This TV miniseries is about two people recovering from their life troubles to bring warmth back into their lives. Gun Woo is following in the footsteps of the Great Gatsby who was hopelessly in love with Daisy and sacrificed everything.
But then Gun Woo faces an obstacle in pursuing his love interest.
It’s time for him to make a stand.
He will save his Daisy from all of her troubles.
As he finds himself inextricably linked with a blunt and coarse woman who has no idea what true love is, he finds that he has a soft spot for her.

Baek Gun Woo is the last child of heiress Baek Sae Young of the Daesung Group fortune. His mother has married thrice. Her first marriage was an arranged one and produced one son named Song Jung Geun. As the president of Daesung Resorts, Jung Geun is a workaholic and obsessed with money. In her second marriage she had a whirlwind romance with a movie actor and they had one daughter, Cha Hee La. Hee La is stunningly beautiful and always looking for love. She changes lovers every season and seeks romance endlessly. In her third marriage, she had a child out of wedlock and that was Gun-woo.

Lee Jung Joo has been working in the billing department of a clothing company for five years.Her father passed away when was young, and was raised by her stepmother while living with her half-brother. She went to a college in Seoul and paid her tuition and supported her brother by working part-time jobs after classes. In college, she did well enough to graduate magna cum laude. When she looked for a job, she wasn’t choosy at all and settled for a job at a company that would hire her immediately. She never missed a day of work for five years.

Hwang Wook is a bachelor living in Jeju Island and pass his prime age for marriage.He loves Jeju Island and works hard at his job without slacking or cutting any corners. The residents appreciate his work ethic but women find him unattractive since he’s a civil servant. He rides a scooter or bicycle because it offers much more mobility than a car. He has a busy job ever since foreigners have been buying land and new condos in Jeju. He got to know Lee Jung-joo when she needed help in settling down in the new neighborhood after making a big move from Seoul. So they became good friends.

This drama is about a romance story between a man and a woman who relocate to beautiful Jeju Island to get away from the harsh city life.
Baek Geun Woo (Yoo Yun Suk) is the owner and chef of the restaurant “Warm and Cozy”. Meanwhile, Lee Jung Joo (Kang So Ra) is a clothing company employee who to start a new life in Jeju Island after loses her job and her boyfriend. These two main characters will learn to love each together.
